I am able to use 0D00 - 0D03 as Unicode characters using CTRL + U. Sadly when I try to add 0D04, it says " non-printable character '. But the PDF I downloaded from Unicode has such an entry. Is there any method I can use this symbol inside Inkscape 1.0 ? Thanks
It don´t seem here to work with all characters and multiple page PDF can´t open in Inkscape directly - you may try to use Scribus.app to edit the PDF - not sure about its capabilities in this regard though.
I opened the 2nd page as per your screenshot and it opened fine. I copied the symbol from the imported PDF and completed my work on another instance of Inkscape All good. Thanks to you.

Copy&Paste the glyph?
Thanks @PixelPest When I copy it from PDF and try to paste it on Inkscape, it shows a completely different looking character. :(
That leads me to the question of your PDF-Import settings and how it compares to the original?
I meant try this setting which might go for glyphs more than text - if this helps is questionable:
I am copy-pasting from the PDF, not importing it as a file, if that is what you mean.
