If you don't have flatpak installed yet, learn here how to install it.
Then you can install Inkscape by running the following command on the command line:
flatpak install flathub org.inkscape.Inkscape
To start the flatpak Inkscape installation, run:
flatpak run org.inkscape.Inkscape
