Is there some way to get the tips when hovering over an icon in Inkscape 1.3? I can't seem to find a setting for it.
Not having that (or an equivalent) available is one of the reasons I will never warm to iOS.

It works for me, but not consistently. I find that the tips disappear occasionally and don't return until Inkscape is restarted. Is this a Mac-only issue? Do you Windows and Linux users see this too?
