Beginners' Questions Strokes Look Different Although Stroke Sizes Are The Same

    1st column (3 boxes) are thicker and darker.

     

    2nd and 3rd Columns are thinner and lighter.

     

    At Fill And Stroke section they are both;

    Stroke Style - Width = 1,000 mm

    Opacity : 100

     

    Why? How can I fix them?

    Your first column has multiple objects sitting on top of each other. That makes the stroke seem thicker. Remove the excess shapes until you have only one and it should look OK.
