the left bracket [ doesn't rotate my object to right. only the right bracket rotate to left. is it normal? the tutorial that I am following mention both the shortcuts.
could be that it changed in last versions?
Working properly here Under Windows and Linux. Please provide more system info.
Windows 10, versio 21h1 (19043.1288).
that command is stored in a file?
the problem occurs in inkscape 1.1. and in previous version too.
The key shortcuts are found in Inkscape here: Preferences>Interface>Keyboard.

I didn't find the shortcut for that command, but I see the rotate 90º
the same, Ctrl + } works
