Hi! In me adventure for documenting inkscape I've approached a new foe:
This 'pick color' button is at the end of the control bar of the sprayer tool seems to be the most obscure thing i've found so far.
By clicking on it, it opens the tiled clones windows. But it doesn't seem to do anything after that.
I've researched everywhere to no luck so far.
Make sureΒ the Spray is set to "Copy Mode"Make sure to Enable "Apply picked color to fill"
Now when you're spraying, the copies of your pattern object will take the color of whatever is underneath the Spray's "aim cross"
Β
Thanks Freerk!!!
Did you was able to understand why does it pops the tiled clone window?
Also, what the 'inverted pick value' is actually doing? inverting the colors?
Yeah the inverted one wil invert the colors.I think the pop-up should give you more control over how it manipulates the colors, but I couldn't get it to work myself.Ill keep fiddling around with it, maybe I can figure it out
Thanks! I hope you do.
