Is there any way to make the node handles larger than they are by default? I've lost count of the number of times I've nearly given myself a brain aneurysm trying to select them at the default (tiny) size....
If my memory is correct ... in the preferences file, go to input/output section, then input devices, and then handle size. I think the maximum size is 7.
Or, in preferences file, under Interface, and following, as stated above.

Yes - you need to go to Inkscape Preferences and look it up there. Can't tell from here right now.
