When creating a new object (square, circle, polygon etc) I'm getting blur added automatically, and usually just some random amount e.g. 2.1%, 5.4% etc. For my current project I've not manually added blur to any object, it just started doing it randomly. Now when I create an object, it just keeps adding blur all the time. If I set blur to zero and create a new object of the same type, blur just appears again. Is this a bug or has blur somehow being added to the default object shape?
*Edit* just noticed that with squares, it's also adding rounded corners, again with seemingly random settings for the roundedness, even though I haven't drawn any squares or rectangles with round corners! Now if I create a square or rectangle, I have a random blur value and a random rounded corner value! Aaargh!!!!

As usual, I'll suggest resetting the preferences: https://inkscape.org/forums/questions/getting-back-to-square-one-and-starting-over-its-easy/
