Inkscape devs published a fix for a packaging error on May 14. If your Inkscape version in Help > About Inkscape is 1.4.2 (ebf0e94....), you need to redownload updated packages from our website to be able to export raster images other than PNG!
The packages are uploaded to the Releases page, and the new package ends with f4327f4.
