I'm not sure, there is an extension which comes with Inkscape under Extensions>Render>Function Plotter
I've no idea if a formula could be put into that.
If not, you can always draw it manually - if there is a known manual construction method ( something compass and paper based that predated computers )
Otherwise the other option is to find someone who has already written Python code to solve for L1-L5 etc, those values could be put into Inkscape if you are willing to write your own extension.
Perhaps contact the person who posted the image on Wikipedia ?
