In recent versions of Inkscape, the right hand toolbox grows when using different tools. I am using Inkscape on a single screen laptop. When I use multiple tools, the toolbox soon occupies almost half of my screen, leaving too little space for my drawing (see screengrab below).
I don't know if other users also experience this as a problem.
Is it possible that the toolbox also shrinks when the space is not needed, or that I can assign a maximum width it may occupy?
You can click and drag the bar with the 3 dots to drag the toolbars to the right till they collapse - and bring them back from there. (I use floating tool tabs because of the large tool tabs.)

I'm using 1.3.2 on Windows 11
