The behaviour of the pdf export with texts in a separate pdf_tex file has changed 0.92.3. Starting from that version a tabular environment is added around the text, probably for better alignment. Inside this tabular the ampersands (&) are escaped to avoid multiple columns.
Escaping the ampersands causes problems if you us matrices in the text fields which require ampersand for separating the columns in the matrix.
Have you experienced this problem and is there a solution?
The pdf_tex export is primarily intended to export "simple" texts. If you need/want to include advanced LaTeX formatting you might need to edit the .pdf_tex file manually after export.

Thanks a lot for any advice!

Off-hand I can't think of a good solution.
