1. If I already have the latest official Python Release for Windows installed on my computer, and I DESELECT Python in the Inkscape installer options, will Inkscape detect my existing Python installation and use it?
2. If Inkscape DOES detect and use my existing Python installation, but my Python installation is missing a certain Python package which is required by an Inkscape extension, will Inkscape (or the extension) inform me of the name of the package/s which is/are missing?
