Hello, when I click on the rectangle for example second time and i get the skew handles everything works. But when I want to skew it by a certain angle Ctrl doesn't work. I tried searching it in Google or settings but I didn't find anything. Thank you in advance.

You can use the Transform panel for exact skewing:

@Polygon I know but it's inconvenient. and I hope there's a way to fix it.

I have no clue what you´re expecting from holding ctrl honestly.

Using Alt instead of Ctrl works for me. Not sure why it's different for skew, maybe a bug, but give Alt a try.
