lately I have lost the ability to use the mouse wheel to pan(holding mouse wheen down to pan)
I re installed inkscape and it started fine for about 2 documents, then reverted back to having to use space bar again.
I THINK last time it happened I may have been trying to pan before an action was completed-,me and my impatience, or perhaps you could call it enthusiasm! any unsight into this wouldbe appreciated.
I cannot repilcate the issue here with operations that take a time like bitmap tracing, rendering paths, etc. Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06)
You might try a wired mouse and see if the issue can be replicated.
If you can provide steps to consistantly reproduce the issue, please report your issue at https://inkscape.org/report with as many details as possible.

I have the latest version inkscape 0.92, I have a wifi mouse (logitech), my operating system is windows 10, I use a laptop ( ASUS).
