It's not a vector image, you need to vectorize it first. Afterwards, you can modify what you want
vectorize shift+alt+B
The "black sun" symbol has many objectionable associations. I suggest the admin freeze this topic delete the topic and ban this forum member.
@GSolutions: yes, that helped. I saved .svg as .eps (File > Save As), then edited what is needed.
