@wolfspride44 It is the same process as my program. Start a new file. Upload the image. Navigate to the correct file folder with file. Do you belong to any Circut User Groups? I just learned about these types of groups on facebook for my brother scanNcut, and my life has been soo much easier.
I've read that for Cricut you will have to save as plain SVG. In Inkscape the default file format is "Inkscape SVG" and I think you will have to change that to "plain SVG". I'm not a Cricut user myself so I'm not sure, though.
How come when I save a file as SVG and try to upload into design space it says not supported. What could I be doing wrong?

I do not use Design Space, but I am betting you have to import the SVG into new file so Design Space can read the SVG.
I had done it once but I forgot. It was something about object and path... but not sure...
