why inkscape disable zoom with middle mouse wheel ? i still use 1.01 up to now because i can not draw without this option .....any help will so appreciated
Having nothing assigned here works for me:
it does not work .....still zoom mouse middle wheel does not work like versions less than 1.01
Sorry to hear that - it works here on macOS and Inkscape1.3beta.
Works here on Windows 11, after changing both canvas-zoom and canvas-pan-y.
The changes can also be seen in Preferences -> System -> User keys: open, default.xml.

Still, the zoom mouse middle wheel is inoperative, as it was in earlier versions than 1.01.
