No3: Document defined in Document Properties with enabled Border and Shadow with high opacity setting (A)
No2 is "Rectangle in layer Layer 1" (with no Fill: None and Stroke: Black 0.5), as can be seen in the status bar at the bottom of the window when the object is selected, i.e. at timestamp 0:20).
