I have many basic problems with the version 1.3.2 that stops me.
Using the Pen tool - Snapping to "grid" or "path intersections" is working for me one time on ten; I have to check uncheck all of the checks, randomly it works, randomly not, it is not possible to work like this... :-(
I need snapping to path intersections, and switching off all other snapping, but it never works. Same for grid snapping only.

No problem here on M1/MacMini/BigSur. I have almost every snapping option enabled by default and just disable what I don´t need in special cases:
I can confirm v1.4 beta is much better in terms of snapping.
On v1.3 most of them should be enabled to allow others to work (guides, grid, path intersections)
