It is a big issue that inkscape stops blurring the objects after some time, the only option we left is to reset preferences but that too dont work for long because it got happen again after few session, but as we know the issue of unable to save the preferences to external file, we lost all our settings and hotkeys as well. please fix this issue, i already does the bug report to the team as well.
