I have installed Inkscape Version 1, and wanted to add Gradient, Mesh, Dropper, Paint Bucket etc. (refer screen shot) on the left side where Tool Box is. If it is possible then how could I do that?
Very interesting find. After making changes in the Inkscape version 1, later when I started Inkscape version 0.92 I found the changes also affect Tool Box icon in 0.92. Refer screen shot. Thank you
PS: The newer version 1 is unzipped in a new folder while the older version is installed on Windows 10.
Tyler Durden thanks for ideas. Now there are more tools on the left and snapping tools on right.
But why would changes made in version 1 will affect version 0.92 and
changes made in 0.92 affect version 1 such as. In 0.92 I had selected my own created color palette and when I opened version 1 there was a big red cross therefore, I choose Inkscape default.

Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
Thank you
The icons can be made smaller in the Preferences settings. Then, more buttons will be visible.
Wow! thanks a lot for the reply.
I followed your suggestion and it worked.
I would also change my layout... Menu: View>Default. That will put the snapping tools on the right side, and could allow for more tools on the left.

Only the PortableApps Format use separate settings (user preferences) in parallel installations of different versions.

Aero, thank you for reply
I have unzipped newer version 1 in a new folder while the older version is installed on Windows 10.
PS: I have deleted the unzipped folder of version 1, as I was facing strange problems in version 0.92
Yes, I know the the version you tried will change the user preferences for 0.92. This is why I suggested the Portable version.
Sorry Aero, my mistake I will download portable version.
Update: Installed and seem working fine.
