click on the color of stroke and fill on the bottom left. the "fill and stroke" dialog appears, where you select stroke style and then change the dashes selection

Thanks, I’ve been searching for a couple of days for this, still couldn’t get it to work, I hadn’t done the opacity button. Thank you once again
