    We design downloadable job flyers. I’d like to offer versions that hiring partners can tweak without breaking the layout.

    Any way to preserve formatting when converting to PDF with form fields?

    IFAIK, Inkscape does not support PDFs with form fields. I'd use Acrobat or similar interactive PDF authoring platform.
