1: In this page setup options are not found in the option to set the width and height. I need special paper A3+, I am drawing a rectangle inside the document and let later pull the page tool to the size of my rectangle. Is there another way to achieve this? 2: I want to save this page size to the page preset list and name A3+, how do I do it?
Custom page sizes in Document Properties Inkscape now creates a CSV file (comma separated values) called pages.csv. It is located in your Inkscape user preferences folder, next to your preferences.xml file. This file contains the default page sizes that you can choose from in the 'Page' tab of the 'Document properties' dialog. You can edit the pages.csv file to remove the page sizes you won't use, or to add new ones.

After adjusting the new size go File->Save Template… - give name. To load go File->New from Template… choose your template.
That means it's not possible to add my size page to the page list, right?
I´m pretty sure the list is hardcoded and can´t be altered on users demand - I could be wrong.
But if you want to use a certain size every time at start-up you can make it the new default by saving and check/set as default template.
From 1.0 release notes.
Cool finding. Works perfectly.
Thank you both very much, I'll try how to change the parameters.
Haha, perfect solution, thanks again.
