Painting tulips in Inkscape - well it was definitely challenging. Took a bunch of time and patience.

I then used a few other tools (like the filter for Leopard Fur) to create a unique background.  Added some semi-free form swirls using Bezier Curves with special shapes predefined in the Clipboard.

Printed all this out on a special prepared woven canvas. The up and down weave added more texture behind the see through leopard fur. {The attached jpg is not printed - but the file prepared before printing.)
