After using the measure segments path effect I sometimes end up with phantom objects which cannot be selected.
Here's an example of such situation.
Am I missing something or is it a bug?

Hi if you are talking about the 240 cm and the two dashed lines look in layers they are locked. Click on padlock.

In that case let me get back to the original issue of phantom objects...
Here's a drawing with a single measure segments path effect. If I copy this path, the measure becomes doubled.
It is not clear which path you are copying and/or doubling..
Please describe step-by step how to reproduce this issue.
Not sure here either. Path 3026 has no stroke Text 7555 has no text (0 characters)
I copy and paste the only selectable path with the measure-segment effect, and I end up with a path with 2 measure-segments.

Bug... but fixed in version 1.2 and newer.
