Beyond the Basics Stroke width oddity

    Another oddity.  When setting the stroke width to 0.1pt (0.1 points) results in the SVG file a stroke-width:0.0357778 (which I believe is millimeters.

    But when I set the stroke width of text to 0.1pt, the SVG file has a stroke-width:0.1266412  which is confusing.
