At times when I apply a Pattern Along Path live path effect, the pattern will be the wrong size, AND any gap adjustments are not in the correct scale. In a single file, I created a 2.33mm circle, and wanted a 2.60mm gap afterwards. I copied the circle, applied the LPE PAttern Along Path to a line with Link To Path in Clipboard, and set the Spacing to 2.6 - worked perfectly. Screenshot attached. In the same file, I copied the original circle, made a LPE on a different path and Link To Path in Clipboard - the result is a tiny pattern that is miniscule compared to my original. If I set the spacing to 2.6, I also get a gap that is actually about 0.335mm. Something is off with scaling here. If I grab the original object and scale it out, the pattern scales by the same percentage relative to its smaller size.
I can't determine any common factors as to when it happens. I've had this issue for some time across different PCs, and updated to 1.2 just in case. Tried making new objects, converting to path, etc. Verified both paths were using mm, etc. Please help, I've lost so much time to this issue over the last few weeks.
