Hi, long time user first time poster. Big fan of Inkscape for many years. Kudos on the 1.0 release with the dark theme and icon sets. Will a Theme "library" be coming?

I've run into a couple small issues that I believe pertain to the template. I prefer the dark theme so I switched over to that with the Tango icons and saved a template. I also zoomed into the page and moved some dialogues and toolbars around. When I open a new document the theme, icons and page size are correct, which is nice. However there are a few toolbars and things which open up way too small or in strange places. For instance the Layers toolbar always opens, which is fine, but it's shrunken up to fit just one layer. Would be nice if this opened up to a usable size. Another thing is when I open Document Properties the window appears in random places, but almost never just in the center of the screen where I can use it. More often than not it opens up way over on the right side of the screen where I can barely see it much less use it and I have to drag it back to the center. Also the page zoom doesn't save with the template like it used to. I've attached a few screenshots.

Is there a way to save the default window properties (not sure what these are called) along with the template? Is this just a bug that will be fixed? Please advise. Thanks

I usually set window locations using Preferences.

Great thanks I'll try that. Still, the windows shouldn't "default" to some unusable configuration. I guess the Layers toolbar is fine but the other windows should open in the middle. Anyway that's a big help.

What about the zoom level? Can I save that to a template or adjust that somewhere?

I actually have my Preferences - Interface - Theme set to "Save and restore window geometry for each document" as well as "Save and restore dialogs status" but they do not save with the document. Every time I open the document up the Document Properties opens up way over to the right and the Layers toolbar is shrunk down again. So maybe this is a bug? Thanks

Probably a bug. I'd try "last geometry"... I'm not sure "by document" ever worked.

What about the default zoom? I guess using keyboard shortcuts makes that a small issue but, as I recall the default zoom level was stored with templates in previous versions.
