I would like to know how to change the canvas size when creating my font - After rigorous testing, if I even so much as alter the Font Attributes/Font Face Attributes by a pixel, I am no longer able to capture a path to a glyph. Oddly, the glyph is registered when capturing a path, however, nothing appears. I understand how to change the canvas, however, I would like to know how to change the canvas in a way that works for fonts. Specifically, I would like to be able to work on a 11x15 canvas. It would be much appreciated if someone could help me out with this.
I think I fixed my issue after thorough tinkering - however, I now have a few more questions, specifically, how exactly does em-size and horizontal advance work. Also, is it possible to set Kerning Pairs to specific numbers. All the Inkscape SVG font editor has is a slide bar.
