I have some files stored in my iCloud. Navigating to that folder is essentially half a dozen clicks when I want to save or export a file to that location. I created an alias (symbolic link) in my Home folder that will take me directly to the desired folder(s), but when I try to do a save or export, those links are not seen. Is this an overlooked function/capability of Inkscape?
I can set up a link(technically the same concept) on my desktop and Inkscape will follow the link ***IF*** I set Preferences>Interface>Windows>Desktop Intergration>Native open/Save.
***IF*** I set it to GTK open save dialog, the link will not show up.
I have not tried to set up symbolic link to a folder on my OneDrive account however to verify this.

I filed an issue on GitLabs for this.
Using Windows 11 here.
