I'm trying to match a color used in Inkscape with a project over on Gimp. The Inkscape color code is 8 letters, however, and Gimp seems to only have 6-digit color codes and won't accept the color code I'm entering from Inkscape. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!

The last two hex digits are opacity. If the last two digits are FF, I'd try to just leave them off.
