If not, please tell us exactly which extension you're using. If the extension is produced by the hardware maker, you probably need to contact the author of that extension, which you can probably find at whatever website you downloaded the extension.
If you're not actually using a Makerbot machine, perhaps you could use a different Inkscape extension to produce the gcode?
