Hi all! I love the change to the New Layers dialogue box in 1.4, but clicking the new layer button only makes a new layer above the currently selected layer. If I want to bring up the New Layer options, I have to right click on a layer that isn't selected. So, if I want my new layer to be added as a sublayer of my currently selected layer, I have to first select another layer, then right click the layer I want to add it to so I can choose how to add it. Does anyone happen to know what's up with this and how to fix it?
Okay, I found where it says the button no longer shows the dialogue box. I guess I'll have to get used to using the hotkey as I almost always just need to add sublayers. Hopefully the add the option to change the default behavior for that button in a future revision.
