(Personally I think there is way more into it yet there is no way to automate the process in a productive fashion. So creating something photorealistic is very slow -so much so that using a 3D tool has much more potential.)
[- EN -] Thank you! Mr. Lazur. I'm going to keep working on this drawing project a little bit. I watched this video, finally the one of the banana. but I think I made a rookie mistake. My image is too small, which makes it difficult to observe the tasks on the fruit.
[- FR -] Merci ! Lazur . Je vais continuer un peu à travailler ce projet de dessin. J'ai regardé cette vidéo, enfin celle de la banane. mais je pense que j'ai fait une erreur de débutant. Mon image est trop petite, ce qui rend difficile l'observation des tâches sur le fruit.
As we are using vectors, it should be no problem resizing the image without loss. Just make sure to tag the option, that gradients are scaled with objects. (It is in the menu bar upper right part of the screen.)
Personally I like your banana. Looks great. But if you want to achieve a more realistic look, you would need more than one object per brown spot. Different dark brown, maybe some transparent stacked on top.

Hi. Gradient meshes are the real deal when making custom gradients mostly. Takes some time to learn using the tool properly.
