I can not see image icon/thumbs when I want to re-link, change images that is linked.
The Filebrowser that is Inkscapes own, seem to lack the ability to show files as images the way windows can, now..if I use the basic import images in the first place, that is something that will bring up the native windows browser and selecting files with a proper view on the files, but why can´t that be changed for when you need to change/re-link the images?
The preferences has options to set native open and save dialogs, but that seems to not affect the file browsing for re-linking, that is very annoying if you have more images you need to change in a broschyr, you just don´t know which image to choose from unless opening windows explorer browser next to inkscape.
This re-linking is done in the object attributes.
Did I miss a function, setting..or should I suggest improving the interface on this matter perhaps?
And while I am at it..
Why does object properties and object attributes have exactly the same icon for it´s settings? ( a square and a wrench)
I have the same problem, the file explorer when I want to relink the image is not the Windows one, it looks more like Ubuntu files. How could it be changed?
