I installed inkscape on my Macbook Pro. When I launch from launchpad I get a screen for extensions and it dioesnt open further.
It looks like you downloaded a *scam* Inkscape-lookalike Safari extension, rather than Inkscape. (There's no text in Inkscape that says "Inkscape editor for draws and graphics")
I suggest that you remove that from your safari and then download Inkscape: https://inkscape.org/release/1.2.2/mac-os-x/
