I use a freehand line pencil, but when I draw a close shape (loop) it simply does not show. If I draw a straight line there's no problem. The funny thing is that when you draw these "invisible" loops and draw anything else you see them while you are drawing, but then you don't. If I zoom out a lot then I see a big black shape, or the fill of the loop I drew except that is bigger.
@Bertrand Rubio, Ah, I misunderstood you. As a German, it is sometimes difficult with the language. I didn't know that you work with a real freehand pen and the "pressure input" function. When I use the "pressure-input" function, I have the same result as you with closed circles. Large images of my circle sketches are placed outside the defined page format. However, I don't work with a graphics tablet, but with a mouse. Sorry, I guess I wasn't a good help there.
Dear all,

Any thoughts?!
Greetings
Please share an example Inkscape file.
Hello Bertrand Rubio,
please have a look in your tool controls bar if it is activated for freehand. Your smoothing factor is probably set too high.
Nice greetings from Germany Martin
Hi guys! Thanks for your time and patience.
I am trying to upload a video shot of what I mean, but my video is 26 MB and it's just 43 seconds. Is there a way to upload such a video?
That won't work here, but if you have a youtube account you could put it up there.
Here is the link to it. Thanks, @TylerDurden

@MarinB. Thanks for your input. I tried what you wrote, but it only works if I click pressure input off.

There are a couple of reports open that seem to be related:
