    Hi guys,

I am a beginner and I just want to draw a normal cycle. However when I try this, the cycle looks really weird, as you can see in the attached screenshot. Can anyone help me on that? I'd appreciate every comment.

    Hi,
your circle looks weird because you have very wide stroke on the circle.
i would recommend watching at least this two videos

    Thanks AdamBelis for your answer,

I watched the video tutorials and now the cycle looks somehow okay. Still after watching the tutorials not everything is clear. For example I could not manage to have really stiff rims on a star. I tried a lot but without success. Here is a screenshot. What do I have to change in order to ret rid of the round corners? I'd appreciate every comment.

you have to change it in fill and stroke  dialog  -> stroke tab -> join type sharp

Thanks Adam Belis for your answer. It really helped a lot. I am going to watch the whole tutorials. Still I have another question. My windows are displayed in a different way compared to those of the tutorial. While the windows in the tutorials are always fixed on the very right hand side, some of my windows are just loose. How can I change that. You can see the screenshot. I'd appreciate every comment.

Hi it's me again, does nobody have an idea why the window is not fixed (in the tutorial video the window is fixed)? I'd appreciate every comment
