I've messed up my area where layers, path effects menus etc are, whatever that is called. It used to be a 2,4 grid of buttons, and whichever was clicked, would show that menus properties. Similar to B in the image below, but two columns of buttons. Now it looks like A, every menu is expanded and I have to scroll. How do I get back the buttons setup?

Go View->Default. Now it seems it's set to "Wide"

Thank you for the reply but that just removes some menu buttons, doesn't change how the docked menus behave.

Now I realized that by dragging a dock in the middle of another dock, that will add that menu as a button, A.

I guess B is close enough to what I had, but for some reason adding more turns them into one column.
