someone knows one way of "delete" the white background in the image below, leaving only the drawing? I tried the trace bitmat tool but I had a poor result.
If you search for 'Knock out Background' or similar on youtube - lots of tutorials doing that.
Would usually use GIMP https://www.gimp.org/
Instead of Inkscape.
Looks like that image is a licensed image to an artist :

hum, I suspected that a program like that (gimp, photoshop) would be needed.
I think I will give up. There are many free svg. Don't need to use a licensed image.
