I've been using Inkscape for a while, but have only recently gotten serious about producing what I needed for a Tshirt graphic. I've been working with a local printer with the design. they screen print their designs and then apply paint over a charged screen from a wireframe image. I can't seem to be able to get Inkscape to save the wireframe images for the printer. I can change the view to wireframe, and duplicate from there, but I can't produce the wireframe they seem to be asking for. They did show me what they meant by using CorelDraw while I was in the shop. What in heavens am I missing? Thanks for your insight.
Wireframe in Corel is a mode of viewing just like Outline mode in Inkscape.
If the shop wants "paths", Inkscape being a vector editor creates paths (with the exception of shapes and text). Everything can be converted to paths before sending to a printshop in a PDF.
I would get the shop to email the specific requirements and then you can share them here for specific details.
