Just one question I have. About ruler in Inkscape 1.0.1.
I see, there is starting point for mesaures at top left corner. There is 0 cm in both ways.
Is there any way, to set starting point (0, 0) at bottom left corner, just as in version 0.9.2?
Or I need from time to time this starting point on rulers just in the middle of the picture. Rarely but it happened.
By the way. Is word for this maybe "origin"? Not sure.

Yes 0,0 are the coordinates for the origin. The Y axis can be inverted so the origin in in the lower left.:

Aha, that mean, the origin cannot be moved to center of the picture, as in prety old vector program named TopDraw.
