I am trying to put song lyrics in a spiral shape. Here are the steps I have followed:
- create spiral
- create text box and paste lyrics into it
- select spiral and text box then text -> put on path
This gets the lyrics on the spiral, but I want the lyrics to start at the outer ring of the spiral and go towards the center. I have tried path -> reverse and gotten no response.
You are an angel!! Thank you so much. I made these before several times after just mucking about a bit. I came back to do another one a few months later and have been trying for 2 weeks to remember how I did it 😂.

I am trying to put song lyrics in a spiral shape. Here are the steps I have followed:

This gets the lyrics on the spiral, but I want the lyrics to start at the outer ring of the spiral and go towards the center. I have tried path -> reverse and gotten no response.
Before putting the text on the path, I'd try converting the spiral to path (Path>Object to path), then reverse the path and put the text on the path.
