Hey guys, I'm trying to use a laser to cut some inkscape text. My problem is that even if I remove stroke and keep only the fill I still get the stroke (the Outline) in my image somehow. The laser cuts this and the wood falls apart from the extra cuts.  I have tried setting fill to be one color and the stroke to be not present. I have also tried making the stroke incredibly thin, but the laser knows the stroke is there and ignores the fill. I want to just get am image with the fill but I need an svg.

Perhaps I can resave the .svg such that all hidden information is lost and only the path of the 'fill' remains?

Perhaps I can turn text into path or lines but not have it remain as text at all (reduce it to paths and have that be of the letters or font and not of outline)
