Toolbar icon size and spacing is a themeable feature. Open the Inkscape Preferences dialog [shift+ctrl+p] [Interface > Theming]. On my old laptop 1280x800 display I can see all the icons when I use [Change GTK Theme: Minwaita Inkscape]. With other larger themes several icons spill off my screen.

Hello, how can I lock the aspect ration when I resize objects?
Inkscape versions before 1.1 had a nice lock near the X and Y information.
I think it is not visible due to width of the window.
Click the downward pointing arrow on the far right of the toolbar and see if it appears.
