After placing a rectangle or a polygon, when I drag it, it always snaps to the nearest grid point. But when I try to drag a circle instead of a rectangle, it doesn't snap neither to the grid or any other object, it moves exactly as the mouse moves. When I place a new ellipse or circle, it aligns to the grid, but when I try moving/dragging it after is has been placed, it doesn't snap. It works for a pie also, only broken with ellipses/circles.

How can be a ellipse snapped to the pixel grid?
Windows 10, Inkscape 1.0.2-2
I assume you already have 'Snap to Grid' turned on?
On the snapping toolbar, look for the icon that says 'Snap smooth nodes, including quadrant points of ellipses'. Turn that on. Does that work?
Thank you, the "Snap smooth nodes" toolbar button solved it. There are so many icons there, I haven't noticed it before.
