Hey everyone, I'm very new to inkscape and im having a lot of success and a some fails. I'm trying my best to watch as many tutorials I can and read as many fourms as I can but I'm having trouble with something.
Some dxf files I save work for me and some don't. Maybe I'm over complicating things and maybe someone can help me out for the proper order of things.
I upload a picture (jpeg or png), then I trace bitmap, then I edit or modify as needed, then I select all and turn object to path, then I select all and group, then I select all and union. This order of things has work out well for me on some project and not so well on others.
So I have images like these that turn into a million little pieces and they won't stay together, what am I doing wrong?
