I see, the new versino of InksCape - 1.3 and some change still has no ruller bar for snapping functions. In fact side bar for snapping, as in version 1.0.2-2-x86. This is very sad. Because I absoutely need this side tool bar for snap.
The result is of course, I uninstaled InksCape 1.3 and came back to 1.0.2 and some change. And I will stay on this version, until the programers will give us back stolen side toolbar for snapping.

Aha, by the way. I heard somewhere, I forgot where, the new versino (1.3) will get functions for work with multipage documents. I searched all menus in version 1.3, but multipage functions not find. This is also very sad. But I can wait. No reason for panic in thic case.

Hello, Matic Smerdu!!! You can bring back old-style snap toolbar (is it ruller bar and side bar?) by choosing "Permanent" option in Preferences->Interface->Toolbars->Snap Controls Bar.

The snap toolbar can be made constant (like in the past) in 1.3, by using Preferences>Interface>Toolbars
